Noosa Beauty" Touring Glider Flight
After departing from Maroochydore
Airport you will cruise north west to Mt Cooroy out on the verge
of the Sunshine Coast hinterland with views out to Mapelton
and Lake McDonald. We will climb to 4,500 feet where the engine
will be shut down for a very memorable glide to Noosa Heads
taking in views of Lake Cootharaba and north up the North Shore
to Double Island Point. The view of Noosa from the air is spectacular
with its many canals, the Noosa river and Lake Weyba. The engine
will be restarted at Noosa's main beach for your cruise around
Noosa Heads National Park an then down along thesurf beaches
of the Sunshine Coast back to Maroochydore airport. |
